SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders must be placed by 23:59 EST to receive these next day. Orders for the rest of Europe must be placed before 22:30 CET to reach cut off, otherwise orders placed after this time are Day -1 when calculating expected delivery date. Orders for the rest of the world must be placed before 18:00 EST to reach cut off, otherwise orders placed after this time are Day -1 when calculating expected delivery date. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday, and are in working days. So an order placed on Friday (Day zero) to Austria for example will have an expected delivery day of Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Orders placed on Saturday AND Sunday before cut offs will be treated as day Zero when calculating expected delivery dates.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link.If you haven't received an email, please make sure to check your SPAM.You can also contact Meroda Cosmetics Customer Service to track your order via support@hexhaircare.com

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED. WHAT DO I DO?

It is common for shipping companies to mark packages as delivered 1-2 days before actual delivery. DON'T PANIC!

However if 48 hours has passed tt is important for you to raise this with us IMMEDIATELY. For us to successfully investigate with our distribution centre/our shipping partners and replace items we must do this within 7 days of receipt. Please follow the normal returns process, completing the returns form, but be mindful you have7 days to notify us.

We provide free shipping for orders above USD$35 or 32.59 euros.
